After managing a successful work boot business over the past 32 years, I felt it was time for me to open my own store. My employers were two brothers from the Houston area. When I spoke to them about my intentions they were very supportive. They thanked me for all the years and closed shop, paving the way for me and my family. This has been bitter sweet for me, after all those years it's like leaving family. Very few people are blessed with that kind of employer. I have done business with most all companies in and around the area, are familiar with the needs and safety regulations for all local industry. I have even made a few friends along the way.

Diamondback Boots And Outfitters is a locally owned and family operated business. We specialize in safety toe footwear for the working man and women. At this time we carry a small selection of FR clothing (thus the outfitters ) however we do intend on expanding our line in the near future. We are also going to focus on American Made brands as well. We feel the need to support American jobs is a growing concern in this country. As a retailer, we feel we need to support American made whenever we can.
